
Our beers are produced with high-quality malt, hops and a special strain of bottom fermenting Lager-Yeast to guarantee our valued customers premium-quality beers at all times.
After the time consuming process of brewing, 1 week fermentation and 3 weeks maturation the beer is ready to be enjoyed by you!
We offer you 2 types of Lager-Beer:
Hell : A light coloured beer with moderate bitterness and a fresh hoppy flavor
Dunkel : A Munich-Style Dark Lager Beer with malty aroma.
Both beers contain about 5% alcohol.
As the beer is not filtered after maturation, it remains naturally cloudy. Some of the yeast used for fermentation remains in the beer, and with it all its vitamins and trace-elements.
